New Brunswick Population by Age Group
In 2016, the Population of New Brunswick was 747,101 individuals (365,355 male and 381,745 female), as compared to 751,171 individuals in 2011 (a decline of one half of one percent). The average age was 43.6 years old. We must assume that the population shrank due to better economic opportunities elsewhere. However, 747,101 individuals is still a large number of people, and of the 487,820 individuals aged 15 to 64 years and 148,785 over the age of 65, many will want and need insurance products like life insurance (term, whole life etc.), various kinds of travel insurance, health insurance, dental insurance, and even pet health insurance for non-human members of the family.
